How does billing work?
Managed WordPress Hosting plans are prepaid, meaning you’ll be billed at the beginning of your monthly billing cycle.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Additionally, for annual WordPress Hosting subscriptions, we offer payment options BECS Direct Debit. Please note that we do not accept PayPal or checks.
What currency do you bill in?
You will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your credit or debit card may convert the charge to your local currency in your account.
Are there different pricing for regions?
Yes, pricing varies by region. Microsoft Azure has different prices for their infrastructure in each region, and we pass those regional pricing differences along to customers.
What if I exceed my bandwidth?
For Azure cloud servers, bandwidth billing is always on demand. Our current plan includes the bandwidth, but add-on services like Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) & Dedicated Storage may require further internal bandwidth costs.
