Customer stacks can also be configured with security resources such as Managed Identity, Azure Front Door, Web Application Firewall, Azure Key Vault, monitoring, and backup options depending on the selected stack and customer-approved configuration.

Our managed stack approach may include Azure App Services, Azure Database for MySQL, Azure Front Door, Web Application Firewall, Blob Storage, monitoring, diagnostics, and other cloud services depending on the customer’s selected stack.

We focus on practical security controls that help protect customer applications, reduce common hosting risks, and improve operational visibility.

Privacy

KloudStack collects and processes information to provide our website, platform, managed hosting services, billing, support, monitoring, diagnostics, and customer communications.

This may include account information, billing information, support requests, platform usage data, operational logs, telemetry, AI-assisted diagnostic inputs, and service communications.

AI-assisted features are designed to provide guidance, summaries, recommendations, and workflow support. Material operational actions may require customer approval or human review, especially where they may affect production systems, billing, security, availability, or customer experience.

Shared responsibility

Cloud hosting is a shared responsibility.

KloudStack provides managed platform services, infrastructure configuration, monitoring, support, and operational guidance based on the customer’s selected services.

Customers remain responsible for their own content, users, credentials, DNS decisions, third-party plugins, application behaviour, business data, and instructions provided to KloudStack.
