This may include account information, billing information, support requests, platform usage data, operational logs, telemetry, AI-assisted diagnostic inputs, and service communications.

Shared responsibility
Cloud hosting is a shared responsibility.
KloudStack provides managed platform services, infrastructure configuration, monitoring, support, and operational guidance based on the customer’s selected services.
Customers remain responsible for their own content, users, credentials, DNS decisions, third-party plugins, application behaviour, business data, and instructions provided to KloudStack.
